That being said we'll have a few interesting alternatives lined-up... Memoir '44, A Few Acres of Snow or A Game of Thrones, should we get the numbers. As usual we'll be at WeeGamers in Whitehead Primary School from 7pm to 11pm.

ReplyDeleteIt was a great evenings play last night. It was good to welcome back Michael and Chris to the KoffeeKlub. We havent seen either since the Arkham days and it is always good to see the numbers swell back up.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed my introduction to Memoir'44. It is very accessible game which plays very fast. It doesnt have the depth of complexity that I have gotten from recent games, but it strikes a balance between flavor, luck and strategy. I didnt feel particularly challenged by the game but I suspect that Michael, my opponent, can say the same. Enjoyable all the same
